Baklava is a distinctive oriental or Middle-Eastern pastry, made of layered filo that holds sweetened chopped nuts between the sheets that are then cooked and drizzled with honey, orange flower water or rosewater. It’s slightly laborious and time-consuming to make, but the outcome is worth it.
