Baba Ganoush

Baba Ganoush is a creamy eggplant puree. The eggplant is cooked, then blended with tahini (sesame cream), garlic, lemon juice and olive oil, which are common ingredients of Middle Eastern cuisine. It’s usually served with fluffy pita or lavash bread on the side.
