Spring Rolls

Vietnamese spring rolls are crisp and refreshing bites, perfect for an appetizer or light meal. They are usually made with rice paper stuffed with julienned vegetables (carrots, cabbage, cucumbers, etc.), rice noodles and herbs. They can also contain shrimp, chicken or beef.
